All Xytronic products are warrantied
for a period of one year from the date of purchase. All that is needed
to get warranty help is to send the tool to our Warranty Repair Service
Center at 3845 Rand Road, Auburn, CA 95602 and include a "proof
of purchase" to validate the date of purchase. We will handle
the rest. We can usually repair the tool and have it back to you prepaid
UPS within 24 hours from receipt. |

Hios tools are very reliable, however,
if there is a problem within the warranted period of the tool, send
